Officially the PGA Tour is off this week, but 23 Tour stars, along with one LPGA star, will be in action at the 2021 QBE Shootout in Florida. Here’s everything you need to know to watch the tournament.

QBE Shootout preview

The QBE Shootout is a long-running December exhibition event that pits 12 teams of two pro golfers against each other on live TV. Formerly known as the Shark Shootout, the QBE is hosted by Hall of Famer and two-time major champion Greg Norman and contested at Tiburón Golf Club in Naples, Fla, a course designed by Norman.

The 54-hole competition features an opening-round scramble, second-round modified alternate shot, and a final round of four-ball. The made-for-TV event is more about fun and fans than intense competition, but there’s still $3.6 million on the line.

Defending champions Harris English and Matt Kuchar will return to try for a rare repeat in the annual tournament. They’ll be joined in the first round by a team consisting of two-time Masters champion Bubba Watson and LPGA major champion Lexi Thompson, who is making her fifth appearance in the event.
