The final round of the 2022 Open Championship kicks off Sunday morning, July 17, at the Old Course at St. Andrews, and by day’s end a new champion will be crowned. You can view the complete Round 4 tee times for Open Sunday at the bottom of this post.

Once the final putt dropped on Saturday at the Old Course, 36-hole leader Cameron Smith had fallen from his perch atop the leaderboard. Two players had overcome him in the third round with clutch performances: World No. 2 Rory McIlroy and Viktor Hovland.

McIlroy and Hovland went head-to-head in the same pairing on Saturday, making handfuls of birdies to shoot matching six-under 66s.

Smith, on the other hand, stumbled to a disappointing 73 to fall to 12 under, four shots behind the co-leaders. Cameron Young, who started the day in solo second, shot a 71 to tie Smith.

Both pairings will remain the same for Sunday’s final round at St. Andrews, but they’ll swap places. This time, McIlroy and Hovland will tee off last at 9:50 a.m. ET with the Open on the line.
