Brooke Henderson — a longtime top-10 player and winner of nine LPGA Tour events — is offering junior golfers a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity: the chance to win a virtual training session and meet-and-greet with her.

Thanks to Skechers, Henderson’s longtime footwear sponsor, teenage golfers between 13 and 18 years old can enter the contest by submitting a one- to two-minute video or 500-1,000-word essay that explains why they want to play like an elite golfer, and they maintain that mindset off the course in daily life.

The Skechers & PGA Tour Superstore “Meet Our Elite” contest will also award $2,500 to the grand-prize winner, which can be used toward school and/or training, as well as six months’ worth of Skechers footwear. Two additional runner-up winners will receive $500 toward school/training and three months’ worth of Skechers footwear.

Interested applicants can submit their essays or videos to golf@skechers.com with the subject line “Skechers Meet Our Elite Contest Entry.” But hurry — the application period ends on Saturday, May 1, at 1 p.m. ET.
