Siegelman Stable’s new collaboration with Maxfli is no accident.
The luxury streetwear and lifestyle brand’s founder, Max Siegelman, scored his first job as a caddie, where he worked for five years. In a way, Siegelman Stable’s fresh look to what’s often a traditional sport is a full-circle moment for him.
And one he and the brand are thrilled about.
With a nod to this week’s U.S. Open at Shinnecock Hills on Long Island, the limited-edition “Harness the Drive” apparel and accessories collection is, according to Siegelman Stable, classic country club reimagined — elevated but also playful.
“Golf has always had a strong sense of tradition, and this collection gave us the opportunity to reinterpret that through our signature Siegelman Stable designs,” said Max Siegelman, in a press release Monday. “Together with Maxfli, we wanted to create something that feels rooted in the game, but also expressive, unexpected and true to how people are engaging with golf today.”
The collaboration is also a logical one for both brands. Siegelman Stable launched in 2020 and has created a strong connection with a younger demographic. Maxfli has celebrated a resurgence itself; Ben Griffin won multiple times with a Maxfli ball last season, and Lexi Thompson and instructor Sean Foley are also among the brand’s ambassadors. Additionally, Siegelman Stable has already collaborated with several New York-based sports teams, so with golf’s national championship coming to Long Island this summer, this partnership has never made more sense.
The collection — with its black, green and white tones — includes shirts, polos, jackets, hats, totes and even headcovers.
The Maxfli x Siegelman Stable collection goes live on siegelmanstable.com at 10 a.m. ET on Friday. You can also check out the collaboration in person at the Walter Hagen and Maxfli pop-up in East Hampton Village (34 Park Place) from Friday through June 28 while supplies last.
