The Korn Ferry Tour announced their 2022 season schedule Tuesday morning featuring 26 events played across 18 states and four countries.

The Korn Ferry Tour announced their schedule today for the 2022 season. The slate includes 26 tournaments to be played over nine months as players vie for a promotion to the PGA Tour by season’s end.

“After recently concluding the Korn Ferry Tour’s super season in dramatic fashion, we’re excited about what lies ahead in 2022,” said Korn Ferry Tour president Alex Baldwin. “The Korn Ferry Tour is experiencing unprecedented growth and fan engagement and these key additions will add to this momentum as our athletes chase their PGA Tour dreams in 2022.”

Korn Ferry Tour announces significant increase to purses over next 2 years

The season kicks off Jan. 16 at the Bahamas Great Exuma Classic and continues the following week at the Bahamas Great Abaco Classic. The 26-event schedule will be played across four countries and 18 states and concludes at the season-ending Korn Ferry Tour Championship in early September.

The 2022 season will also feature larger purses with regular-season events offering purses of $750,000, except for the regular-season ending Pinnacle Bank Championship which has a purse of $850,000. The three Korn Ferry Tour Finals events will all offer $1,000,000 purses.
