Hollywood Hogan: Ben Hogan dominated everywhere in his prime — especially Los Angeles

After nearly being killed when his car was hit by a bus in 1949, Hogan spent two months in the hospital. He returned to competition at the 1950 L.A. Open, where he lost in a playoff to Sam Snead.
